How it works

Create a project

Enter the address of the property or asset. Give the project a name, or let RecordLog generate one automatically.

Take photos in-app

Use the RecordLog camera. Every photo is captured with metadata recorded at that exact moment — GPS and timestamp where available.

Add notes and labels

Title each photo, assign it to an area or room, and add optional notes up to 300 characters.

Review and reorder

Review all photos grouped by area before generating your report. Drag to reorder. Edit any detail.

Generate and export

Tap Generate PDF. RecordLog compiles your photos into a clean, organised PDF — locked, watermarked, and ready to download or share.
